SOSIALISASI KEGIATAN AUDIT MUTU INTERNAL (AMI) KEPADA PEJABAT STRUKTURAL DI LINGKUNGAN KAMPUS UNIVERSITAS WIDYA MATARAM

Senin, 16 November 2020 bertempat di Ruang Soekarno-Nehru telah dilaksanakan kegiatan Sosialisasi Audit Mutu Internal (AMI) kepada seluruh pejabat structural di lingkungan kampus Universitas Widya Mataram (UWM). PAda acara ini dilakukan presentasi dan pemaparan mengenai pengenalan proses audit mutu internal kepada pelaku akademik internal di lingkungan Universitas Widya Mataram.

Acara ini dibuka oleh Rektor Universitas Widya Mataram (UWM), Prof. Dr. H. Edy  Suandi Hamid, M.Ec. Beliau mengatakan bahwa AMI merupakan sarana untuk menghasilkan perguruan tinggi yang berkualitas, sehingga perlu dilakukakn pemantauan kesesuaian antara standar yang ada di Universitas dengan realita.

Pada pemaparan yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu (LPM) Bapak Suwarjo, S.IP., M.Si. disampaikan juga terkait target tercapainya proses Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan, Evaluasi, Pengendalian, Peningkatan (PPEPP) yang tercantum di Stistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal. Sehingga sangat diperlukannnya dilakukan kegiatan AMI. Pada saat pelaksaan audit lapangan hendaknya tim LPM mendamping (Ka LPM) agar mengetahui secara langsung kondisi di lapangan. Selama pelaksanaan AMI yang sudah dilakukan 2 kali Tahun 2018 dan 2019) yang di audit masih dalam lingkup pendidikan. Sehingga perlu disusun instrument baru untuk mengaudit terkait penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh civitas akademika prodi.

Hasil dari temuan AMI biasanya akan ditindak lanjuti dengan melaksanakan Rapat Tinjauan Manajemen yang akan menghasilkan Rencana Tidak Lanjut. Dalam acar ini juga menampung banyak masukan dan tanggapan dari seluruh udangan yang hadir. Salah satu nya yaitu diusulkan untuk memberi reward atau punishment kepada prodi yang mendapat nilai AMI terbaik dan terendah.
